Used BulgariaTransport to transfer from Sofia airport to Bansko. A very good service. Our plane arrived 30 minutes early, but the driver was already there, waiting for us. On the return trip, the driver was unable to reach us on time as his previous customers' plane was more than 2 hours delayed in arriving at the airport- which proves they do wait for you if you are delayed!! They got another driver to pick us up from the hotel. The transfers are easy to arrange via the website, and I like the fact you pay at the end of the journey - like a normal taxi, so you don't have to hand over your credit card details as you do with some companies. All told, we give them a big !! :clap:

We just returned from Bansko last night and wanted to add our comments. We used your services for a pickup on January 28, 2008 and a return on February 5, 2008. Your drivers were polite and prompt (even for a 3:30 am pickup). The cars were clean and non-smoking, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend your services to others who want to be assured a stress free arrival and departure. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for the excellent transfer service we received from your company. We arrived at the airport to be met by our driver with a clear sign. He promptly took us to the cab - carrying our suitcase and making sure we were comfortable. On the way to the hotel we were given useful information about Bansko. Again on our way back the taxi was prompt and efficient. We would definitely recommend you to our friends. We will probably need a minibus next time as there are so many of us who want to come to Bansko
