We had a great ride down to Bansko.
A toilet stop for the kids was no trouble and I can confirm that your taxi is both spacious and comfortable.
The return trip was equally enjoyable.

We had a very comfortable ride to Bansko Vihren residence with Alex on the 8th of February.
He was on time,loaded and unloaded our baggage for us.On our return on the 15th of February,he met us in the main entrance at 2am!
I would thoroughly recommend this pleasant and courteous young man.

We've used Alex for airport runs from Sofia airport to Borovets (Flora apts.) and found him to be always bang on time, always friendly (even at 4am!) and extremely helpful with our luggage.
The Mercedes he uses is great, plenty of room, comfortable and a safe and steady ride. His prices were very reasonable and I'd happily recommend him to anyone wanting a professional service with that all important "human touch".

Upon arrival in Bansko It was clear that we could not gain access to our
apartment, this was approx 1.30am

The driver rang around for us and then took us to alternative
accommodation, this was more than adequate and with out his help and
support I am not sure were we would have been sleeping that night.

He was prompt, very friendly, knowledgeable and his English was excellent!

We were especially grateful to him for getting us back to Sofia airport in time for our flight home.
The traffic into Sofia was dreadful, but thanks to Alex's knowledge of shortcuts, we made it just in time.

I just wanted to thank you and congratulate you on the excellent service we
received during our recent visit. We have always found your drivers to be on
time; friendly and reliable and this visit was no exception.  We arrived on
the 20Th  of December and we were greeted as requested; we then had return
journeys booked for both our selves and the Taylors with very unsociable 3am
pick ups; thank fully your drivers were ready to meet us at our apartments
as requested.  I was also pleased to find the telephones answered over the
Christmas period when I rang to confirm our return journeys. The Taylors are
returning this February and I know they will be using your services again;
we have also recommended your company to our friends visiting late January.

We hope to visit again soon; and when we receive booking for our apartment

Just wanted to say thanks very much for efficient service last week (12th Feb. Sofia to Borovets, return on 19th Feb.). Everything went really well and the two drivers (Bobi and Slavi) we had were excellent.

Used BulgariaTransport to transfer from Sofia airport to Bansko. A very good service. Our plane arrived 30 minutes early, but the driver was already there, waiting for us. On the return trip, the driver was unable to reach us on time as his previous customers' plane was more than 2 hours delayed in arriving at the airport- which proves they do wait for you if you are delayed!! They got another driver to pick us up from the hotel. The transfers are easy to arrange via the website, and I like the fact you pay at the end of the journey - like a normal taxi, so you don't have to hand over your credit card details as you do with some companies. All told, we give them a big !! :clap: 

We just returned from Bansko last night and wanted to add our comments. We used your services for a pickup on January 28, 2008 and a return on February 5, 2008. Your drivers were polite and prompt (even for a 3:30 am pickup). The cars were clean and non-smoking, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend your services to others who want to be assured a stress free arrival and departure. Thanks again!
